DPCL is a program that will be organized by DPCL student. It will entail the family members that was registered beforehand that will consist of adults and children. Upon signature of the terms and regulations within the consent agreement

2. All personal belongings that were brought during the program are under own responsibility. Any lost or broken items can't be compensated by the organizers.
3. This program is under DPCL and will take place at the Outdoor, indoor or online event. Tentative provided may subject to changes as required without prior notice.
4. Renting the transportation (scooter, bicycle, electric scooter etc) items at are fully under that individual/family responsibilities.
5. Participation is on a "First come, First serve" basis. Any cancellation or termination, please inform the organizer two weeks before the program date. If not, participants will have to find a replacement.
8. Forms and all Documentations relating to the registrations of the program HAVE to be completed two weeks before program date to ensure there are NO overlapping or misplaced spot bookings.
6. Make sure to keep in mind the hygiene and on condition of the premise during program. Treat the area and living things with respect.
6. All registered participants HAVE to join and participate fully throughout the program duration.
7. Data that have been given by the participants will be kept with DPCL discretions and will not be misused in any way. The data will only be use for new venture alerts/updates and
any corresponding inquires needed for DPCL learning purposes ONLY.
9. Picture during the program are welcomed to share on social media with discretions of the participants and included our tag/hashtag. Any tagged photos, videos, audios will be
used by DPCL team as a part of marketing purposes.
10. Participants HAVE to be in healthy conditions. Any participants that are symptomatic and exhibits conditions of infectious diseases such as HFMD, measles, chicken pox, pinkeye, ROTA virus, diarrhea, Covid 19, Influenza etc are PROHIBITED to join and have to inform prior at least a day before the program. (exception for Emergency ONLY)

All payments made are NOT refundable and cancellations will not be entertained EXCEPT for immediate emergencies. Replacements for participants are possible with prior notice before the day of the program.
14. By signing this agreement, all participants are considered to give consent with organizers using pictures and videos (with/without Audio) that were taken during the program. Note that that the pictures / videos will be used as promotional or marketing purposes and will be chosen accordingly without compromising the dignity and modesty of participants.
15. Participants are encouraged to have a personal insurance for their safety and precautions. Any claims made to the organizers for incidents, accidents, lost/broken
personal effect etc will not be entertained.
