(Forestschooling by TFA)

1. Forestschooling Program by TFA Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd is a venture that includes
   parents, guardians, relative, family friends and children to partake in a specific
   program in nature either ONSIDE or OFFSIDE. It may be in Wild, Domestic or
   Technological Nature situations.
2. Forestschooling program will be conducted and handled under TFA. The scheduling and
   tentative will be planned before hand by TFA but take note that any changes or
   additions might take place as needed as per the situations at that time require.
3. The program will be relatively be conducted outdoors and will be specified the duration
   as needed. This will be informed prior the program details are released to the public.
4. Please note that the parent/guardian(s) are either needed or not depends on the
   program requirements. If needed, any children present there should be accompanied by
   parents/guardian(s) ensure their wellbeing throughout the program. If not, parents are
   still required to involve by sending/pickup children from event space or provide any
   needs for the children.
5. All participants (adults and children) are required to fully engage and immerse
   themselves in Nature throughout the program period.
6. All belonging and well being of the participants are their own responsibility and we will
   provide assistance as needed.
7. Any symptomatic participants, who are suspected having CONTAGIOUS disease that
   can affect others such as HFMD, measles, chicken pox, pinkeye, ROTA virus, diarrhea,
   Covid-19 virus etc are prohibited to attend and will be required to inform early before
   the day of program (unless in case of emergencies).
8. There might be required a deposit (depending on the program scale and locations) to
   immediately secure your spots.
9. Any payments that already made will not be refund for any cancellation or termination
   from the program.
10. Services by TFA will be put on hold UNTIL all the payments has been cleared.
11. Fee for ONSIDE (fulltime) program must be paid in advance on/before 5th and for
    ONSIDE (part-time) 2 weeks before the program.
12. Full-time participants are eligible for more benefits than Part-time participants.
13. Upon joining Forestschooling program by TFA, all participants are considered to have
    consented on pictures or video (with audio) taken DURING the program following the
    tentative.
14. The above statements are required by TFA for marketing, research and for other
    purposes with appropriate limit. The pictures/videos taken will be taken care of their
    privacy and considered the suitability without compromising the dignity and decency of
    the participants.
15. TFA will screen and filter any unnecessary and inappropriate picture from circulation.
    Take note that media taken might be used or sold by TFA to third party that wants to
    use them (within reason).
16. Participants are encouraged to have their OWN insurances for their own safety
    precautions. Any claims (accidents, incidents, lost/damage of belongings etc) towards
    TFA will not be entertained.
